How do I join a botanical event?
Select Join the Event. The portal opens the available live or replay channel supplied by the current session.
How do I reserve a plant?
See the current plant or search by the plant number shown in the stream. If it’s available, you can Confirm & Reserve it. Sign up and stay logged in for a smooth experience throughout your visit.
When is a plant held for me?
A plant is held only after the portal confirms your reservation. Availability can change while other visitors are reserving.
When will my plants be shipped?
Amazon Garden ships Live Sale purchases in planned dispatches rather than immediately after each event. The next dispatch date is shown on the event page. Before that date, you can return to available completed events or join new events and add more plants. Eligible purchases are combined for the upcoming fulfillment and shipping cycle.
How does Warp to Checkout work?
The portal revalidates every reserved plant and then opens Amazon Garden’s existing secure checkout. Shipping, discounts, tax, and final totals are confirmed there.
Can I return to a completed event?
Yes. Completed sessions remain available from the event selector and Previous Transmissions area. Where the session lifecycle still allows purchases, remaining plants can be added before the next dispatch.
How do managers sign in?
Choose the account button, select Manager, and use the existing Live Sales Studio credentials. Successful sign-in opens Studio Sessions.
